About The Quest of Life
Who We Are...
The Quest of Life aims to bring people together to connect and support each other's journey, or quest, of life. We explore, create art, ponder, engage in adventurous activities, ask questions and practice acceptance of what it means to be alive. Our programs range from leisure to hardcore self-exploration and improvement to portfolios, resumes and resource building for finding jobs, starting your own business, reaching your life goals and more!
Outdoor Adventure
Nature is so important for us to connect with our roots and our body's natural habitats. Exploring the outdoors, and getting active with friends can be an immersive and rewarding experience for all who participate.
Embark on various outdoor activities... Our first reoccurring group will be Nature's Nomads for adults 18 years old and up!
Support Groups
We all need a helping hand from time to time, or perhaps simply the opportunity to use our voice while we find ourselves.
In this peer-led support group, "Courageous Connections," for young adults ages 18-25, we will engage in therapeutic activities such as art therapy, music therapy, nature and animal therapy!
Artists Unite
The ability to express and create is a key component to everything we do in life. Maybe you just want to create casually, or maybe you have some long term goals for how you may spread your art form into the world. Here is the perfect place for you to begin harnessing in on your creative power.
As a part of our "Artists Unite!" series, we will have different group art projects available that meet over the course of a 4-8 week time period. (Virtual and in person.)
